1) After reading it thoroughly the Product Development introduction page, please download an NDA and fax it (with your signature) and information pertinent to (479) 855-1564.

Then after you get back your signed NDA with IHQ’s owner’s signature and
information, read and thoroughly think over (before you sign) IHQ’s Product
Development Agreement.
3) After you have read and reread the Product Development Agreement and have signed it, please mail it to the address on this header.
Once you have mailed the Product Development Agreement back to Inventors Headquarters, then download and fill out the Product History Sheet. Take your time and answer ALL of the questions, regardless of how redundant or silly they may seem.
Once you have filled it out completely please mail it back to the Inventors Headquarters at the address given. Please do not fax it, as it comes out unreadable.
